A Course on Wild Grasses

Dr Graeme Lorimer is an extremely popular and renowned grass ecologist. His courses are hands on approached and come highly regarded. 

Bookings are essential as numbers are limited.

This course will enable participants:
  • To learn how to identify different grass species and related families
  • Recognise a number of native and introduced grass species in flower or seed, focusing on those that provide the best indication of the ecological health and conservation values of a grassy area and the condition of native pasture
  • Basics of managing grassy bushland areas and native pasture
